During your arrangement meeting with us, our team helps your family address both practical needs and meaningful service details. We assist with preparing and filing the official death certificate, scheduling the service or gathering, arranging transportation, and selecting a casket, urn, or other necessary items.
We also help write an obituary honoring your loved one’s life, and coordinate pallbearers when needed. From the first conversation to the final arrangement, our goal is to ease the weight of planning so your family has more space to remember, gather, and celebrate a life well lived.
A meaningful tribute begins with the memories, values, and passions of the person being remembered. Families are welcome to share photos, videos, music, handmade pieces, keepsakes, or other items reflecting their loved one’s life.
Our team helps bring those personal details into the service with care and respect. From favorite songs to family photographs, each element helps create a remembrance filled with love, comfort, and personal meaning.
Before your arrangement meeting, gathering a few important details helps make the planning process smoother. Please bring your loved one’s full legal name, home address, date and place of birth, Social Security number, and parents’ names, including mother’s maiden name.
Helpful information also includes education, occupation, military service records such as a DD-214, preferred burial location, clergy or officiant contact details, survivor names and relationships, and any life insurance or funeral policy information. A recent photo and selected clothing are also helpful.
Our team will review each detail with care, answer your questions, and guide your family through the planning process step by step.
